Disappointing. Much to be desired

I was really looking forward to using the charli chair but found that the water it holds for a bath is very minimal, not enough to keep my newborn warm with or without the mat. There should be the option to plug up the holes as needed to aid desired water depth.

The plug design is also silly as there is nothing to hold it to the bath so if you drop it you need to retrieve it from the shower floor which defeats the purpose of a stand up bath to begin with and is dangerous, especially if sore from birth.
