I thought this chair would solve a lot of my problems but it's been a frustrating process. I read other reviews and as stated the postage was less than ideal. After approximately two weeks I had to email asking about my order. The email I received said it looked like I'm rural so couldn't be posted to my address so I had to send it to my parents 7 hours away. I received my shipping details after this. Another week later I checked to see where it was only to find on Aramax's website that it was still waiting to be collected from the warehouse so I had to send another email plus provide them with my shipping number. Then I finally had my order picked up and delivered. Once I've gotten it home and built it I've realised it's faulty. My chair doesn't have the little lock things on the side to adjust the height like the book and holes suggest. I've tried to pull it all the way up to find it but nothing. I loved the idea of this chair but honestly wasn't worth the hassle. Maybe see if you can get a second hand one so you don't need to deal with this company and know the one you're getting is not faulty. I guess I need to deal with my chair how it is because I couldn't imagine the ordeal to have it shipped back.

Really not happy with the chair, do the point I’m offering to give it away for free and cut my losses. The clasp is so poorly positioned, no matter what we did or how we tried to move it, it kept pressing on our son’s genitalia and squashing it. He was evidently uncomfortable and cried. We won’t be putting him through this a second time.

Far to long for shipping

Got one from Baby Bunting a few months ago. Unaware the brand has an insert. So I’ve been using towels for comfort. I could only get the insert online not in store at baby bunting. Why is this insert not include in the whole chair? We’d pay the money for the whole thing. My child has been in so much discomfort the past few months. Very upsetting & disappointing

The chair is great. The delivery of was not so smooth. The company wanted more for delivery than the platform added to the transaction. Had to change the delivery address because we were too rural. They need to get that part right. As a result of them wanting me to pay more for delivery the parcel didn’t arrive for almost 4 weeks. I had to threaten to request a refund. Happy with the product, wary of the service.
